Terms and Conditions

1.1 KAT.G Construction provides construction, renovation, and related services as outlined in the signed contract or project agreement.

1.2 Any additional services requested will be subject to separate terms and costs.

2.2 Prices are subject to change based on material costs, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 Any warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms.

5.3 The Company is not responsible for defects arising from misuse or neglect by the Client.

6.1 The Client must provide access to the project site and ensure utilities (e.g., electricity, water) are available.

6.2 The Client must inform us of any restrictions, regulations, or permissions required for the project.

7.1 Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented and may incur additional costs and time.

7.2 All changes must be approved in writing by both parties before implementation.

8.1 KAT.G Construction is insured for public liability and will take reasonable care to prevent damage or injury.

8.2 The Company is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

9.1 Either party may terminate the agreement by providing [e.g., 14 days’] written notice.

9.2 The Client will be liable for costs incurred up to the date of termination.

10.1 All designs, drawings, and plans provided by KAT.G Construction remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
